Happy Monday girlfriend! Another week has begun. I really like to start my week out setting some goals, at least 3, to accomplish. Although this week is completely wrapped around setting up our new RV because we set out on the road next week!! I’m so excited! It’s going to be the best time with our family! Momiform Monday is Target Edition this week!! I found some really awesome sweaters! Not all of them are in store, but all are online!

Loveeee this poncho! It’s one size fits all and just feels like you’re wearing a blanket! Definitely a fall essential! Also a really fun pick for fall pictures! And I also really love these mules! They aren’t super high, but add a little something to the outfit! They’re also pretty comfy!

This sweater is really soft and love the color options. I had a really hard time choosing between the green and the pink! I might just go back and get the green one too. It’s so soft.

This sweater is SO cute. It’s more of a orangey burnt red. PERFECT fall color. It’s a super soft cardigan you can wear so many different ways!

This dress is a fall staple!! SO soft and comfortable. Functional buttons all the way down, so perfect for nursing! It’s also very bump friendly! Perfect for everyone and would be really great in fall family pictures!!

This is the softest sweater I have ever put on. AND it’s long enough to wear with leggings. WIN WIN.
